Designer shingles like GAF Camelot and Owens Corning Berkshire mimic slate and cedar shake. Higher cost than standard architectural, but the look is incredible. We install all designer profiles in Peculiar.
Flat Roofing
Flat roof leaks usually happen at penetrations, seams, or flashing details. We locate the source, repair it properly, and coat the surrounding area. If the membrane is shot, we'll recommend replacement. Not a band-aid.
Commercial Roofing
Flat roofs on commercial buildings are a different animal. We install and repair TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up systems. Our Peculiar commercial crew handles retail, warehouse, office, and multi-family buildings.
Gutter Installation
Half-round copper gutters with round downspouts. That's the premium install. We solder joints on-site using 50/50 tin-lead solder. Copper develops a natural patina in Missouri's climate within 5-7 years. For aluminum, we use Spectra Metals .027 gauge seamless with Raytec hidden hangers rated to hold 25 lbs per linear foot of ice and debris load.
Roof Inspection
We climb up, walk the entire roof, and document what we find with photos and measurements. Takes about 30 minutes. You see exactly what we see. No mysteries, no scare tactics.
Emergency Roof Repair
Most emergency roof repairs in Peculiar are storm-related. High winds rip off ridge caps and shingles. Fallen limbs puncture the decking. We respond fast, tarp the damage, and coordinate the permanent fix. Including insurance paperwork if applicable.
Skylight Installation
Skylight installation costs $1,200-$3,500 in Peculiar depending on size, type, and roof pitch. That includes the unit, flashing kit, interior trim, and roof patch-in. We handle everything from the outside in.
